3. User Responsibilities

By using GrindGauge, you agree to:

• Provide accurate salary and work hour information for proper calculations
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Keep your device and App updated for security purposes

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GrindGauge to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The GrindGauge App, including its design, functionality, content, and underlying technology, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to:

• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App

Your financial data (salary, work hours) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and GrindGauge, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. We may also modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
